Simple Query

Preparing your data

To make a simple query, you will need to know,

  1. Data that you already have (e.g. T-cell receptor sequence)
  2. Data that you want to find (e.g. specific peptide-MHC complex that the T-cell receptor binds to)

For example, you have some CSV data of TCRs,

VBeta.geneVAlpha.geneJAlpha.geneCdr3Alpha.id
TRBV14*01TRAV26-1*01TRAJ37*01CIVVRSSNTGKLIF
TRBV13-2*01TRAV6D-3*01TRAJ13*01CAANSGTYQRF
TRBV6-3*01TRAV29/DV5*01TRAJ52*01CAASVYAGGTSYGKLTF

And you want to find out data about the peptide-MHC complex (pMHC).

Building your query

To make a query, on the app, navigate to 'Query', and upload the data file. The nodes that are in your data should populate automatically.

Upload data

Then, on the card below, fill in the data you want to know about by selecting from the dropdown, then press 'Execute Query'
