Graph Schema
Module vs Graph schema
The backend graph database schema is specified by the graph schema. However, it is rather complex and not easily understandable by the user. Therefore, the module schema is a simplified version of the graph schema that is easier to understand.
Module schema
The module schema groups sections of the graph schema together.
For example, the Tcr module contains the following nodes:
- TCR
- VAlpha
- VBeta
- JAlpha
- JBeta
- Cdr3Alpha
- Cdr3Beta
